Build and lead times

Products are hand-built to order. Typical delivery is 4 to 8 weeks from purchase. If your specification is available sooner we will deliver earlier.

Access and base

Please ensure there is safe, clear access to the delivery spot. Delivery will be to the safest reachable kerbside point at, or immediately adjacent to, the delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed because access is unsuitable, we will rearrange delivery and may charge a reasonable redelivery fee to cover our costs.

This is a DIY product and requires a level, prepared base before assembly (e.g. paving, concrete or timber footings). Two adults are recommended for handling and assembly. 

Missed delivery

If a booked delivery is missed, we will rearrange the appointment and may charge a reasonable redelivery fee to cover our costs.

Risk and title
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full.
